What you'll be doing
- Support senior surveyors on commercial property transactions and valuations
- Assist with due diligence and investment analysis for acquisitions
- Manage client relationships and prepare reports and presentations
- Work across offices and specialist teams as part of APC training rotations
- Conduct site inspections and market research in your specialist area

Required
Degree in real estate, surveying, or a related discipline (or will convert via RICS-accredited postgraduate route)Strong analytical and communication skillsInterest in property markets
Nice to have
Part I or Part II RICS qualification in progressKnowledge of commercial property marketsFinancial modelling skills
