What you'll be doing
- Lead brand or commercial projects within a Mars business unit
- Analyse market and category data to drive performance
- Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain on brand launches
- Present recommendations to business leadership

Required
2:1 degree in any disciplineLeadership potential and commercial acumenAnalytical ability with strong communication skillsCommitment to the company's five principles
