NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme
The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme is one of the largest graduate programmes in the UK. Graduates join one of six specialisms - General Management, Finance, HR, Digital, Policy or Estates - and rotate through NHS trusts developing leadership capability in the health service.

What you'll be doing
- Manage projects and service improvement initiatives within NHS organisations
- Analyse operational performance data and contribute to decision-making
- Work with clinical and non-clinical teams to implement change
- Develop business cases and management reports
- Complete specialism-specific training and qualifications
