Channel 4's graduate scheme places graduates into commercial, digital, data and commissioning teams. The scheme is designed to develop the next generation of TV and digital media leaders, with rotations across departments and a dedicated development programme.
What you'll be doing
- Support commissioning editors on programme development
- Analyse audience data and digital performance metrics
- Contribute to commercial partnerships and sponsorship
- Manage social media and digital content across platforms
- Work on diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation

Required
2:1 degree in any disciplinePassion for television and digital mediaCommercial awareness and creative sensibilityStrong communication skills
Nice to have
Knowledge of the television industryData analysis or digital marketing skillsExperience in student media or content creation
