ITV's Creative Talent Scheme is a two-year development programme for graduates who want to build a career in broadcast media. Across three rotations you will experience commissioning, production and distribution at the UK's largest commercial broadcaster.

What you'll be doing
- Support commissioning editors on new and returning formats
- Work with production teams across drama, factual and entertainment
- Assist in digital distribution and audience strategy projects
- Develop and pitch original content ideas as part of structured learning
- Build relationships across ITV Studios and the broader TV industry
