Lloyds Banking Group serves around 26 million customers and is the UK's largest retail and commercial bank. The Finance Graduate Programme offers rotations across financial control, treasury, regulatory reporting and strategic finance.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare financial reports and management information for senior leaders
- Support regulatory reporting and capital adequacy calculations
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Analyse financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Work with technology teams to improve financial systems
What they're looking for
Required
2:1 degree (finance, accounting, economics or STEM preferred)Strong numerical reasoningAttention to detailAmbition to qualify as an accountant
Nice to have
ACA or CIMA study progressExcel modelling skillsKnowledge of financial regulation
